Available Providers

Steinkauz supports the following BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) providers. Enable each in Settings → Providers and add your own API keys. For step-by-step setup, see BYOK Provider Configuration.

Supported providers

Vercel AI Gateway

Use your own gateway key to access multiple model providers (Anthropic, Google, and others) through one interface.

OpenAI

Direct access to the OpenAI API.

Azure OpenAI

Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.

OpenAI Compatible

Any OpenAI-compatible API — local models, Groq, Together AI, or other compatible endpoints.

Anthropic

Direct access to Claude models.

Google Generative AI

Direct access to Gemini (Generative Language API).

Google Vertex AI

Google Cloud Vertex AI (Gemini and other models). Requires Project ID, Location, and a service account key (JSON) in Provider Options. See Google Cloud Vertex AI  for enabling the API and creating a service account.

Mistral AI

Direct access to Mistral models.

You are responsible for complying with each provider’s terms of service and privacy policy when you enable them.
