Gateway Plans

Gateway plans give you instant access to a large set of AI models without creating or managing API keys. Your subscription includes an inference budget that renews each month; Steinkauz routes your requests to providers for you.

What you get

• No API keys required: Start chatting as soon as you are on a Gateway plan.
• Included inference budget: Use your monthly budget for chat and tools (e.g. image generation, web search). If you need more, you can upgrade or consider BYOK.
• Gateway features: You can configure provider ordering, provider restriction, and optional zero data retention in settings.

Configuration

All Gateway configuration (which providers are used, in what order, whether only certain providers are allowed, and zero data retention) is done in one place. See Gateway Provider Configuration for how to set these options.

Usage and limits

Your plan’s inference budget and any limits are shown in the app. For details on how usage and costs are presented, see Usage statistics and cost breakdown.
